Account Executive (AE) Are you a driven sales professional who excels in closing deals and thrives in a high-reward environment?
Our growing marketing agency is looking for a talented Account Executive to join our team!
This role is commission-based, offering a substantial earning potential of 50% on each signed deal.
About Us We're a dynamic marketing agency that specializes in generating quality leads for painting businesses and freelancers.
We offer a 360 service with a 30-day free trial, serving clients in the U.S. across the ecommerce, painting, and roofing industries.
As we expand, we're looking for a motivated Account Executive who can help us bring new clients on board and close deals with prospects interested in growing their businesses.
Role Responsibilities As an Account Executive, you will: Reach Out to Leads – Call warm and cold leads to engage and qualify them.
Set Appointments – Schedule meetings with qualified prospects to discuss our services.
Present Our Agency's Solutions – Conduct virtual presentations of our marketing deck, clearly communicating our services and the value we offer.
Engage and Discover Needs – Learn about each prospect's business challenges and goals to tailor our solutions effectively.
Close Deals – Aim to finalize agreements by the end of each meeting, securing clients for one of our service plans.
What We're Looking For Proven Sales Experience – Background in B2B sales, especially in digital marketing, lead generation, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent Communication Skills – Able to clearly convey our value and engage prospects in a consultative sales process.
Goal-Oriented and Motivated by Results – Comfortable with a commission-based role and driven to achieve high earnings.
Strong Organizational Skills – Ability to manage calls, schedule meetings, and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
