The Agency This is a thriving independent agency based in Central London.
17 years old and made up of 30-35 super people across creative, strategy, film, animation and client services.
The team work on strategic, brand development and creative campaigns across a wide channel mix.
They work with a host of clients across an array of sectors from education & technology to B2C and not-for-profit.
The team love their work – and have a lot of fun doing it.
They're all really committed to doing their best work, whilst being inclusive and supportive of all.
They have a hybrid model of 3:2 to add to that balance.
They're a small/medium growing agency, so you'll have the opportunity here to learn about and contribute to every aspect of agency life, from admin through to strategy – and everything in between.
Account Executive / Marketing Assistant They're now looking for someone with the right combination of skills and personality to fit the team.
The role will be a great opportunity to learn and develop agency skills, sitting across both client services as an Account Exect and in Marketing, working closely with the strategy team.
You'll possess a good understanding of the principles of communication across a range of on and offline channels, with a year or two's experience from a creative agency or marketing team under your belt.
You'll be someone with real focus and get-up-and-go, a proactive self-starter.
You'll enjoy crafting and shaping copy and the written word.
Account Exec / Marketing Assistant – skills & experience you'll need -  A Degree and excellent command of the English language Very organised and comfortable multi-tasking A razor sharp eye for detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Good creative judgement Enjoy crafing copy; understand how to communicate Broad consumer and business interest and awareness Comfortable working in a small and energetic team, as well as on your own Optimism will be a core strength, plus a can-do attitude The ability to form strong relationships with clients and colleagues Be a team player – always happy to help Creative agency / Marketing team experience Plenty of get-up-and-go Whilst it is not necessary to have worked at a Creative Agency before (brilliant if you have this of course!
), you should have some experience of the role an Agency plays and potentially some direct experience, even if only as an intern.
