Salary: £70,000 per annum + Benefits (including Annual Bonus and work abroad 3 weeks a year!
)
Basis: Full time
Location: Central London - 4 Days in Office & 1 day WFH.
This Agency are proud to do this for a host of blue-chip and niche brands including Jaguar Land Rover, World Rugby, Porsche, eBay, Honda, Jaeger- LeCoultre, Bridgestone, La Espanola, to name only a few.
Snr Account Director - The Role:
Client services
Responsible for driving successful implementation of multiple projects within one or across various client groups.
Seeks to personally grow client and industry networks.
Defines expectations for 'best-in-class' client service across the team Externally is the client lead, ensuring excellence in client servicing.
Internally provides project Identifies organic growth opportunities with existing clients and converts them into agency briefs
- Plays a significant role in pitches, building rapport and trust with clients, and recognised for expertise.
Finance / Commercial
- Takes a lead in defining the commercial terms with clients, producing SoW, rate cards, budget
Approves project budgets for client campaigns.
Drives commercial understanding and financial process throughout the client service team.
Seen as an expert within Brand Experience, able to interpret and challenge client briefs to present integrated Brand Experience solutions.
- Builds connections throughout client and industry networks.
Keen interest and passion for brand experience.
