This is a brand new vacancy at a leading independent creative agency, backed by a global network.
They are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Social Account Director to lead the social media efforts day to day for one of their biggest accounts - a very famous brand in the FMCG world.
You will be a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high-quality work and transparent communication.
Internally, you'll be seen as a driven leader, effectively guiding teams and ensuring seamless project execution.
You will report to a Client Lead, collaborating closely with strategy, project management, and creative teams to oversee campaigns from concept to completion.
This role is fast-paced, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and isn't afraid to get involved in the details.
It would really suit a candidate who has an interest in animals!
**Primary Responsibilities** - Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Develop and nurture client relationships, providing regular status updates.
- Focus on crafting high-performing, engaging social media content.
- Proactively raise potential challenges to the Client Lead and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
- Contribute to the creation of social strategies and drive the content production process.
- Ensure all deliverables align with client feedback, brand standards, and project goals.
- Manage financial aspects of projects, from estimates to final reconciliation.
**Essential Skills** - Ability to turn client briefs into structured project plans with clear deliverables.
- Co-develop proposals outlining objectives, strategy, creative ideas, and budgets.
- Extensive experience delivering social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Willingness to actively participate in the creative process, including content development.
- Deep understanding of best practices across social platforms.
- Creatively driven with strong strategic thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Experience managing internal teams and external partners, including vendors and agencies.
- Strong business sense with the ability to oversee and manage project budgets.
