Account Director (Shopper)– £50-£55k – London / Hybrid – 12 month FTC Global leader in Shopper Marketing looking for an Account Director with experience working on alcohol brands across the on and off-trade.
Working closely with the Business Director you will be working to deliver outstanding client service leadership and best in class Shopper campaigns.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for projects within the client portfolio, fostering trust among all levels of the client's shopper, brand, and trade teams.
Key Responsibilities Maintaining daily communication with client teams to manage expectations and provide regular updates on project status.
This includes supplying contact reports, timing plans, budgets, status updates, and creative presentations.
Briefing, overseeing, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch creative through our in-house team.
You will be the key point of contact, responsible for overseeing day-to-day project management, managing forecasts and financials for your projects, identifying and presenting proactive initiatives to clients, and ultimately driving account growth.
Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with the creative team, providing briefs, reviewing work, and ensuring the timely delivery of concepts, designs, and artwork.
Collaborating with the Business Director to achieve forecasted goals across the client portfolio.
Identifying innovative and breakthrough communication campaigns, techniques, and channels that are relevant and appealing to our clients.
Identifying and presenting growth opportunities and innovations, and sharing these insights with clients.
Coordinating with and briefing external suppliers and third-party vendors.
Assessing marketing campaigns and monitoring competitor activities on behalf of our clients.
Overseeing all financial aspects of your projects.
Key Requirements You have experience in a shopper marketing agency, ideally with a focus on BTL, and possess extensive experience working with alcohol brands in both on-trade and off-trade environments, with a solid understanding of the regulations surrounding these brands.
You are knowledgeable and experienced in the creative, design, artwork, and production processes.
You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
You excel at building and maintaining strong working relationships.
You are a team player, self-motivated, and eager to continue learning.
