We are expanding our Account Management team and are looking for an experienced Account Director who will be responsible for driving growth from our largest and most strategic customers across the Public Sector.
You will have proven experience of selling enterprise cloud software, ideally HR, Payroll and/or Finance, along with expertise in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycle and closing large 6-figure deals.
You will identify and work with influential stakeholders with the customer to ensure opportunity is maximised and value delivered.ResponsibilitiesDeliver sales target for Software, Hosting, Maintenance, Managed Services, Alliances, Analytics and Consultancy.Build relationships with customer leadership team and work to understand the internal and external factors influencing their business.Position MHR's strategy to the customer leadership team.Provide proactive, trusted, thought leadership.Collaborate with customers and internal teams to build joint vision roadmaps outlining the value that MHR will deliver.
Prospect, building pipeline and selling MHR solutions.Engage with C-level prospects to position MHR strategic value proposition and drive deals to closure.Document daily activity in Salesforce to track performance.Ensure all customers are referenceable.Visit customers every 30-days.Work with Customer Success to resolve any escalations and to ensure value is derived from investment in MHR.Key SkillsStrong and demonstrable experience of building relationships and selling at C-level.
