They're looking to strengthen their team by recruiting a talented Account Director to lead on multi-channel marketing activity for some fantastic B2B brands.
Within this role you'd be working on campaigns across PR, digital marketing, traditional marketing and events.
The agency has an extremely collaborative culture, with marketing, creative and PR teams working in unison to create brilliant marketing campaigns that deliver exceptional results for their clients.What's involved?Team management – you'll be leading, developing and nurturing a cross functional team, working closely with all members to ensure they are fully supported day to day.Client management – you'll be the senior contact for your clients, working with them to resolve and issues and ensure client satisfaction is high.Strategy and planning – you'll be working closely with your clients to understand their objectives and their challenges, supporting them to develop multi-channel campaign strategies that deliver the results they need.Project Management – you'll still have the opportunity to be hands on where needed, but most of the time you'll be supporting your team to deliver day to day.What are they looking for?An established Account Director with exposure to PR and marketing campaign activity within an agency environment.An experienced people manager with a supportive and nurturing approach.Experience working in a B2B marketing environment.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning integrated agency with a high profile client base across a variety of B2B sectors.
