Role Overview We are seeking an Account Director to spearhead our client's relationships with IPG (Interpublic Group) .
This role is pivotal in driving revenue, expanding market share, and ensuring long-term partnerships with one of the most influential global agency networks.
Key Responsibilities Client Management : Develop and deepen strategic relationships within IPG, identifying opportunities to expand the adoption of the company's technology solutions across various agencies and markets.
Sales Leadership : Own and exceed revenue targets by developing tailored sales strategies and effectively managing the sales pipeline.
Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to deliver exceptional value to clients.
Industry Expertise : Leverage your deep understanding of the media and advertising ecosystem, ensuring solutions remain aligned with IPG's evolving needs.
Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategies and drive innovation.

Key Requirements Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a focus on IPG or other major global agency groups .
Extensive experience in the Adtech, Martech, or digital advertising ecosystem , with a strong understanding of programmatic, data-driven marketing, and emerging technologies.
Demonstrated ability to build and nurture C-suite and senior-level relationships.
Results-driven mindset, with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
