What does the role involve?
Drives account management and development opportunities.
Partners with key stakeholders in existing Enterprise Accounts to deliver value to customers.
Responsible for positioning and sale of new IPI products and services.
Responsible for the commercial relationship and strategic account plan.
You will have the following skills and attributes: Track record of account retention & successfully selling Contact Centre Solutions and Consulting Services.
Proven experience working with Enterprise or Global customers.
Extensive experience of strategic Account Planning.
A proven track-record of over-achievement against sales quotas.
Extensive experience of C-level networking.
Exceptional cross-functional working skills.
An ability to influence and build strong relationships internally.
Independent professional with gravitas and excellent interpersonal and consultative skills.
