Our client specialises in Shopper Marketing and Production, partnering with renowned global brands.
Shopper marketing experience essential Role Overview: Reporting to a Business Director, youll oversee two major accounts initially, ensuring exceptional client service and top-notch Shopper campaigns.
Youll serve as the primary contact for projects across the client portfolio, building trust with Shopper, Brand, and Trade Teams.
Responsible for financial management from quotation to profitable delivery.
Conduct client presentations.
Continuously identify opportunities for organic business growth.
Manage one direct report (Account Manager) on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily communication with client teams to manage expectations and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status.
This includes providing contact reports, timing plans, budgets, status updates, and creative presentations.
Brief, manage, and oversee the delivery of exceptional creative work through the in-house team.
Collaborate with the Business Director to achieve forecasted targets across the client portfolio.
Independently manage projects while assisting the line manager in executing others.
Attend client meetings, briefing sessions, and all-agency meetings as the representative of Shopper Marketing.
Identify innovative communication campaigns, techniques, and channels that align with client interests and needs.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess robust experience in Shopper Marketing, acquired from either agency or client-side roles.
Essential qualifications include a proven track record in delivering complex projects across various geographies and with multiple stakeholders, coupled with a sharp strategic mindset and a flair for compelling creative.
Exceptional oral and written communication abilities are imperative.
A hands-on approach to project delivery is essential.
