My client is looking for an Account Director / Digital Consultant to join their sales team.
You'll manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers, acting as a trusted digital advisor.
This role mixes B2B sales with solution consulting, helping clients find digital solutions using the company's DXP tech stack.
What will you do?
Grow and manage a client portfolio, focusing on both existing customers and new leads.
Identify business problems and recommend digital solutions.
Build credibility and trust to influence buying decisions.
Advise clients on digital best practices and website strategy.
Understand client needs and priorities at both operational and executive levels.
Create pitches, proposals, and business cases focused on value and ROI.
Coordinate the right resources and teams to deliver solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams to reach shared goals.
What do you bring?
3+ years of B2B sales experience with complex digital solutions.
Proven success in managing accounts and selling digital services (websites, portals, apps).
Background in consulting or digital advisory roles.
Experience in industries like government, education, financial services, etc.
Skilled in CRM tools, communication, and building compelling presentations.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a knack for strategic thinking.
Passionate about digital solutions with a focus on value and ROI.
Experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders.
Background in research and analysis.
Experience in digital experience or web content management.
