We are looking for an Account Director (with a social focus) to work on a variety of projects across the account.
This role requires you to be comfortable working on projects without a set playbook or way of working, and being willing to find creative solutions to make campaigns to a range of budgets.
Someone who can join the team, maintain and grow the excellent account culture and continue to build our reputation and relationships with our client.
Mentor, and inspire a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation and the best social work possible for brands.
Oversee the execution of social media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with client brand guidelines.
Monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies in real-time, and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve future campaigns and strategies.
