The Account Director position holds a critical influence in defining client perception of the agency - how our partners think and talk about us, how likely they are to recommend and remain with us long term.
The AD drives the day-to-day heartbeat of our service, supporting both the health and performance of our internal disciplines as well as the stability and satisfaction of clients, in tandem.
The role also demands a keen eye for the progression and prosperity of our commercial relationships - staying wired into the thoughts and feelings of clients, partners and even suppliers - spotting opportunities and recommending means of refinement to the business.
You protect our standards meticulously and in doing so, guide and guard the brand partnerships and projects at hand.Ultimately, you are responsible for the quality and consistency of information and tools shared with your clients on a daily basis.
You should be comfortable orchestrating and presenting documents, whilst managing the tone, structure and schedule of meetings - landing our club values whilst imprinting your own style, taste and personality on the project at hand.
You will lead the associated account team and broader TMC personnel supporting delivery, to enable excellent standards of service and commercial efficiency - whilst sustaining a positive energy and determination to succeed among staff.
Campaign and project management from concept to consumer
Line management and leadership of SAM, AM and AE level staff
Co-ordination and direction of Creative, Design and Production personnel
Informing and updating TMC project logs and status
Health checks and core relationship building with focus clients
Adhering to our local & environmental purchasing policies, reviewing the targets from our impact report.
5+ years' experience in a similar Account Director or Senior Account Management role
~ Strong experience in presenting to clients and relationship building
~ Relevant experience in creating & managing presentations, across Google Suite, Microsoft or Keynote
~ Competent in putting together estimates for simple projects
~ Comfortable with financially tracking projects
~ Experience leading a team of at least 2 Account Managers or Account Executives
