Our client is seeking a highly experienced Account Director or Senior Project Manager to join their team in Broome.
This role involves managing a variety of client projects, requiring strong operational event and logistics experience.
We are seeking Project Managers too.

Project Management: Oversee large-scale, high-budget projects, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards.

Content Development: Lead creative meetings, develop innovative content solutions, and align content with client strategies.
Financial Management: Control project budgets, prepare quotes, and ensure timely financial reporting and reconciliation.
ROT Implementation: Set and measure event objectives, producing post-event ROT reports.
Client Management: Manage day-to-day client relationships and facilitate project-related meetings.
Line Management: Support and develop Account Executives/Project Managers.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational abilities, leadership qualities, and a creative, dynamic mindset.
Technical: Proficiency in computer literacy.
Experience with ROI methodology, line management, content development, internal communications, and video production.
