Job Title Account Director
Reporting of the role This role reports to the Senior Account Director.
Overview of the job In this exciting role, you will be working directly with some of our most high-profile clients and social platforms.
You will work collaboratively with the London team and report into the Senior Account Director, while being responsible for successfully nurturing and growing our client relationships and partnerships across Europe.

Building and implementing operational processes and efficiencies to drive streamlined ways of working and drive impactful results within your team.Internal champion and key stakeholder in the development of UGC and production at Influencer.Line Manager - can hold direct reports accountable and provide insightful and strategic solutions and recommendations to support the growth, retention and organisation of their accounts.Team Mentor - working with your direct reports to nurture growth and development through Influencer's personal development plan structure.Leads by example, growing and nurturing our clients, positioning us as a trusted, reliable partner while maintaining and enhancing our reputation.A main point of contact for clients and partners, considered to be a reliable and responsive team leader, and industry expert.Can source and sign-off on effective solutions for complex campaign related issues.Expert knowledge of creator-led content and platform best practices across organic, paid, and performance marketing.Highly-organised, effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Operations, Finance and Production.Acute attention to detail, tracking and reporting internally on campaign delivery, performance and ensuring all projects are invoiced in a timely manner.Project Management of multiple projects simultaneously; delegating projects and tasks to your team, being the senior point of contact for all clients and ensuring the highest level of client service is delivered.Knowledge of different platform features, formats and placements as well as paid media and cross-funnel marketing solutions.What you will need: 1+ years' working as an Account Director and the ability to not just help us win business, but the ability to nurture and grow our client relationships.Existing experience in influencer marketing or media / advertising.Experience in and knowledge of branded content best practices and content production for paid media activations.Experience working with project management tools, such as Monday.com.You are passionate about and have an understanding of influencer marketing, social media and digital marketing and how it's evolving along with the travel sector.You are commercially aware, organised, confident and communicate exceptionally well.You are meticulous with your planning and can think of creative ways to get ahead of the game and exceed your targets.You are a self-starter and happy to work autonomously as well as part of a team.A few of our core benefits: Private Healthcare through Vitality.Wellbeing support through Vitality including EAP & Mental Health cover.25 days of Annual Leave (+ Bank Holidays which can be flexed to your needs).For more information on our benefits, perks and what makes us unique, please visit our website here.
