As a Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within an IRIS customer base, building customer relationships, and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities: Identify and develop business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and development to drive business growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry changes.
Requirements: Experience in a B2B - Full 360 sales role A proven record of surpassing sales targets Excellent communication skills are essential.
