A luxury retreat and private hire venue found within the storied bones of a listed Jacobean manor house.
Chilham Castle is a Grade-I listed property of noble bearing, featuring a sprawling 300 acres of landscaped gardens and wild woodland, with stirring views across the valley of the River Stour.
We are looking for an experienced ACCOUNTANT ASSISTANT to join our team, with a strong background in Accounting, Administration and Compliance.
Manage and maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
Handle banking transactions and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (KYC,Tax,Etc).
Prepare and submit various reports (MIS,VAT,Etc).
Manage administrative tasks (Insurance, Legal contracts, Utilities,Visa,Etc).
Ensure compliance with healthy and safety regulations.
Managing all Accounts related documents.
Managing Account receivable and payable.
Requirements 3to 10 years of experience in an Account Assistant role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in accounting softwares like Xero,Ms Office,Etc.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast - paced environment.
