What you will be doing... As our Chief Dirt Eliminator, you will inspire and develop your team to deliver the highest of standards.
This means:
Leading a team to deliver high accommodation standards through cleaning and maintenance Monitoring accommodation quality to ensure that the customer experience exceeds expectations, and all operating standards are achieved Controlling stock such as linen, cleaning products and equipment to ensure budgets are adhered to Maintaining a recruitment plan to ensure that all key roles are filled and proactively supporting in the training and development of all team members Ensure that all new team members receive a high-quality induction.
