Academy Performance Coaches - Nationwide

Academy Performance Coaches   We are on the lookout for ambitious rugby professionals to join us as Academy Performance Coaches across our Elite, Development and Foundation programmes.
With 12 active regional academies, we are committed to developing not just for the 7s game but for rugby as a whole.
The Academy forms the start of our pathway to our Elite squads, who in 2024 travelled more than any other side, claiming the titles in Denmark, Portugal, The Netherlands, Kenya and across the UK.
Academy Performance Coaches will be expected to: ·        Lead/Assist Academy Training Sessions ·        Lead/Assist the management of squads in tournaments ·        Lead/Assist the coaching of our International 7s Masterclasses ·        Assist with the identification of excelling talent ·        Be personable, and positive member of the EggChaser family ·        Be a role model, an example to our Academy and Aspirational players   You will receive: ·        A competitive rate of pay ·        Generous kit offering ·        A supportive development environment ·        A pathway to opportunities such as Elite squads coaching, International coaching opportunities and regular CPD opportunities with our Performance Staff.
Coaches will have ·        A valid UK driving license ·        An enhanced DBS/The ability to gain one ·        A professional, positive and CAN-DO attitude ·        Ambitious to develop as a coach, and key member of the EggChaser family.
Academy trainings generally take place on Monday/Friday evenings with tournaments on Sundays during the summer months.
