Academy Head Coach - London & South East At an exciting time of growth for the Academy, and the EggChaser family.
We are seeking to recruit a professional Lead Coach to lead our Academy Squads in our largest programmes in London & South East.
This season alone we will be taking Academy squads to 4 different countries.
ROLE OVERVIEW: To lead the coaching provision for ALL academy players in both the South East and London Academy Programmes, alongside working with the Academy Management Team to identify talented athletes who have the potential to join our programme.
This would suit someone who has been active in rugby coaching to academy age groups ROLE TYPE: Part/Time, 8-12 hours a month PACKAGE: Competitive Pay, Kit and Benefits ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead the provision of coaches in the delivery of sessions for both our South East and London Academy groups.
• Work with partner clubs in the establishment of new International 7s Masterclass, allowing us to deliver more coaching sessions to local players • Work with the Elite 7s Team Operations manager, on the recruitment and identification of talented youngsters who could pathway into our programme • Assist with the selection and management of squads ahead of both international and domestic 7s tournaments for the academy squads.
• Leading alongside administration leads, the management of squads upon tournament gamedays.
Our South East academy trains between 3 sites – Horsham, Reigate and Tonbridge, whilst our London group trains at Staines.
