Currently seeking a motivated and passionate Academic Support Assistant to join our team and support learners across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
Role Overview: As an Academic Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students reach their full potential.
You will work closely with teachers and staff to provide tailored support, assisting with classroom activities, and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
- Help create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of teaching resources and classroom materials.
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Qualifications and Experience: - Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A passion for education and supporting student development.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are an advantage.
