This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate passionate about supporting students' academic development and gaining valuable experience in a school setting before pursuing teacher training.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will work with students across a range of subjects, offering personalised academic support to help them reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities include:Providing one-on-one and small group support in various subjects, helping students grasp challenging concepts and improve their study skills.Working closely with teachers to identify areas where students may need additional guidance.Inspiring and motivating students to stay engaged in their studies and achieve their academic goals.
