The aim is to enable managers to create a highly productive working environment that fosters talent and delivers agreed outcomes for customers and local communities.Role PurposeReporting to the HRBP the role will work within People Development to provide professional HR advice and support to managers; Offering appropriate and pragmatic business focused solutions to enable effective management of people issues.
This role will focus on providing advice and assistance to line managers on reducing employee absence and improving attendance levels within their teams.
Providing on time advice and guidance on implementing SBC absence policy and procedures.
