Job Title: AAT Tutor / Assessor Location: Home/Field based Salary: up to 40,000 (Depending on skills and experience) Type: Full Time, Permanent Essential Criteria: Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
Must have experience of delivering AAT Apprenticeships up to Level 4.
Hold own AAT level 3 as a minimum to apply.
Confident with delivering online to learners on a 1-1 basis.
Must hold solid, occupational experience within Accounting.
GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English or Functional Skills equivalents.
Full, clean, UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel when required Duties: Assess and deliver AAT / Accountancy Apprenticeship qualifications up to Level 4.
Prepare, plan and deliver quality virtual group and 1-1 learning sessions, and ensure timely and accurate completions in line with company procedures and timescales.
Mentor learners throughout their journey offering IAG and encouragement.
Prepare and support learners through to End Point Assessment.
Provide encouraging support and guidance to your learners throughout their learning journey.
Support with the delivery of Maths and English Functional Skills as part of the Apprenticeships Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Personal Skills: Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
