7 Pqe Employment Lawyer (3-Month Ftc) - Remote

Are you a 5-7 PQE employment lawyer seeking a short-term role in a thriving organization?

We're recruiting on behalf of a large, successful, and profitable estate agency and property services provider employing over 14,000 people across the UK.
This role offers the chance to step into a fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact for a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension or a permanent role at the end of the contract.

The role will involve the following:
Advising HR on a variety of employment issues.
Drafting employment contracts and settlement agreements.
Managing tribunal work and handling contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Supervising a junior team member.
Essential experience includes:
A UK qualified solicitor with at least 7 years PQE.
Experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law.
In house experience.
The ability to work independently and confidently handle a varied caseload.
The ability to manage a more junior member of the team A commercial mindset and a collaborative approach.
