7.5 TONNE DRIVER START TIME AS EARLY AS 07:00, ENDING AROUND 15:30 £12.50 - £14.50 PER HOUR People Solutions are currently recruiting for a 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our well-established client based in East Kilbride.
Benefits As a 7.5 Tonne Driver, you will receive the following benefits: Competitive hourly rates Flexible scheduling from Sunday through Saturday Ongoing work Weekly pay Training provided Immediate starts Employee well-being programme Rates of Pay: Basic: £12.50 per hour Higher Rate: £14.50 per hour (for select hours/shifts) Day-to-Day Duties Your duties as a 7.5 Tonne Driver will include but are not limited to: Operating and driving 7.5 Tonne vehicles safely and efficiently to and from delivery locations Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensuring all cargo is loaded and secured properly Adhering to traffic laws and regulations Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers Reporting any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management Essential Skills To be successful as a 7.5 Tonne Driver, you will need: A valid UK Category C1 Licence At least 12 months of experience driving C1 vehicles No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes A valid UK CPC Card & UK Digi Card Proficiency in English, both spoken and written Punctuality and excellent timekeeping skills A solid understanding of traffic laws and regulations Effective communication skills Apply Apply today by clicking below!
