Other duties will include sketching and drawing floor plans, the calculation of areas and the maintenance of all property files.
The role will progress to carrying out valuations for both Council Tax and Non-Domestic rates.
You will be required to undertake relevant training, through day release and on the job training through mentoring and shadowing to qualify as a technician.
A full UK driving licence and use of a car for business purposes, or the ability to drive a pool car for business purposes, is essential for this role.
The post holder will have a positive, professional and responsible attitude and the ability to work under pressure while ensuring strict deadlines are achieved.
