Job DescriptionSenior 3rd Line Support engineer required.
Our client are a solution based company that focuses on delivering the correct technical solution for the client that integrates into their business and future operations.
They provide IT services to over 190 hotels across the UK and well as Wi-Fi, CCTV, Phone systems, networking and many more.
They are now looking for a experienced 3rd Line Engineer based from their Basingstoke office who can perform a mixture of on-site and remote IT.
Position Overview Taking responsibility for providing IT advice to a selection of our clientsTravelling out to sites when requiredOverseeing new customers set ups and service evaluationLog and resolve IT issuesConfiguration & setup of Active Directory domain controllers with DHCP and DNSInstalling and configuring VMWare ESXiSetting up Wi-Fi access pointsHandling documentation when required Position Requirements Experience as a 3rd Line EngineerFull UK Driving LicenseKnowledge in Active Directory, DHCP & DNSVMWare knowledge Set up & deployment of Wi-Fi – not essential Office 365 & deploymentsIf you also have previous experience of IT Support to a hotel that would be great!
