3Rd Line Support Engineer

An exciting start-up is looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team in Macclesfield.
This is a hybrid position and you would be required to be in the office 3 days a week.
Experience working in an MSP environment would be preferred.
Required Skills/Experience of the 3rd Line Support Engineer: Proven experience in 2nd/3rd line IT support roles, ideally within an MSP or similar environment Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Proficiency with Windows Server and Active Directory, including Group Policy Experience with Azure AD integration and Intune device management.
Knowledge of virtualization platforms (Azure Virtual Desktop, etc) The successful 3rd Line Support Engineer will be paid up to £40,000 per annum.
