Job Purpose Providing 2nd/3rd Line IT support to our valued end-users.
Proactively resolve issues, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you'll uphold our company Service Level Agreements and contribute to the success of our Service Desk Team.
Experience, Qualifications, Personal Attributes - 4 years of Service Desk IT Support experience.
- Could be Senior 2nd Line looking to step into 3rd Line.
- MSP Background - M365, Azure, Intune, Autopilot, Citrix … - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and networking principles.
- Strong interest and experience in IT services, solutions, and technology.
- Proficiency in PC's, servers, email, telephony, backup, Firewalls, switching, and routers.
- Relevant IT certifications desired (Microsoft Associate, CCNA, AWS, GCP, ITIL, PRINCE, etc.).
