Job Purpose Providing 2nd/3rd Line IT support to our valued end-users.
Proactively resolve issues, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you'll uphold our company Service Level Agreements and contribute to the success of our Service Desk Team.
Experience, Qualifications, Personal Attributes 4 years of Service Desk IT Support experience.
Could be Senior 2nd Line looking to step into 3rd Line.
MSP Background M365, Azure, Intune, Autopilot, Citrix … Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and networking principles.
Strong interest and experience in IT services, solutions, and technology.
Proficiency in PC's, servers, email, telephony, backup, Firewalls, switching, and routers.
Relevant IT certifications desired (Microsoft Associate, CCNA, AWS, GCP, ITIL, PRINCE, etc.).
