Job summary Thisrole is a fantastic opportunity for apprentices who are currently studying forNVQ Level 2/3, apprentices should note that the salary would be Agenda forChange Annex 21 trainee rate (75%max of band) until they have completedtheirapprenticeship.The interview date for this post is the 14th February 2025.Medical Education is an integralpart of Barnsley NHS FT, Medical Education works to ensure that Students,Trainees and Medical Staff are supported in delivering safe and efficientpatient care through quality placements.The department is responsible fordeveloping, managing and delivering a range of high quality and cost effectivemedical educational services within the Trust to specifications required by theGeneral Medical Council, Health Education England, Yorkshire and Humber,Sheffield Medical School and the Trusts Strategic and Operational Framework.
Main duties of the job The postholder will provideadministrative support to the whole Medical Education Team.
This will includethe monitoring of completion of trust mandatory training by medics, assistingwith inductions, and the issue and collation of feedback to ensure qualityplacements within the trust.
