Job summary As a MedicalWorkforce Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Medical Staffingfunction to provide a comprehensive, high quality and effective service in thedelivery of junior doctor rota co-ordination ensuring minimum staffing ismaintained at all times.
Main duties of the job Maintainminimum staffing numbers is key to the role as is attention to detail.You will beworking in a very fast paced, high intensity working environment.A goodknowledge of the 2016 Junior Doctor rota rules will be essential in your day today role.Witheffective communication you will liaise with numerous stakeholders in responseto safe staffing requirements from a number of specialties such as Junior Doctors,CBU Management teams and external providers.Maintenanceand updating of a live rostering system.Ensure anyvacancies are noted and cover arranged in a timely manner.
