Regional Account Manager – Cambridgeshire Established over 30 years ago, our client is a manufacturer and supplier of outdoor sports & leisure equipment, working with a range of organisations across the public sector & education space.
Operating as part of a larger group with a turnover north of £15million, they are now looking for an Regional Account Manager to join their team in the East of England to grow & develop the territory, as well as continuing to build relationships with existing accounts.

This is a field based position, meeting clients on a face-to-face basis.
Responsibilities Developing and implementing sales strategies for the assigned territory to achieve revenues and exceed targets Identify potential new customers and business opportunities alongside managing existing account base across the territory Creating and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers; identifying their needs and providing solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention Stay on top of current market trends and analyse competitor activity; develop sales plans that respond to any changes accordingly Complete regular sales reporting on performance, trends, and customer feedback; deliver to senior management as required Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure effective and efficient operations across whole company The Successful Candidate 2 years field sales experience Candidates from a variety of product sales background will be considered A link to the education sector would be a plus Full UK driving license is essential Regional Account Manager Package Basic salary: up to £35,000 OTE: £20,000 Company car WFH setup plus laptop & mobile phone Pension options 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
