Payroll Manager Permanent, Full Time Competitive Package Location: Watford, Hertfordshire (2 days WFH) VINCI are seeking a professional Payroll Manager with SAP expertise to lead our high volume end to end payroll function.
The Payroll Manager would be responsible for managing a dedicated payroll team at our Watford head office, ensuring timely and accurate end-to-end payroll processing for over 7000 employees.
This is a key leadership role where you'll play a vital part in delivering an efficient payroll service in compliance with all statutory regulations.
The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills and have managed a similar sized end to end payroll operation.
We are migrating from a duel payroll system to SAP and therefore the successful candidate will have proven SAP management experience.
The successful candidate will have: • Proven experience of managing an end to end payroll cycle.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in SAP payroll software (essential) and MS Office applications.
