Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our awesome content team to brainstorm and produce bold, engaging assets that communicate WUKA's mission.
Think visuals that stop the scroll and messaging that connects to their inner needs.
Audience Insight & Market Trends: Live and breathe market research, uncovering new ways to connect with our audience.
Keep tabs on the latest trends and emerging voices in women's health to stay a step ahead.
Data Geekery: Track and analyse campaign performance, using KPIs, Google Analytics, social insights and user interviews & surveys.
You'll know what's working, what's not, and what we should be doing more of—and you'll keep leveling us up.
Budget Mastery: You'll be handling campaign budgets like a pro, maximizing impact and ensuring every penny is spent to get us closer to our big-picture goals.
Who You Are: Experienced Pro: You've got 5 years in campaign management, especially in D2C or consumer brands.
You know what it takes to launch and maintain successful, memorable campaigns.
Digital & Social Savvy: You're all over the latest digital and social trends, from TikTok magic to Instagram reels, SEO, influencer marketing, and more.
Creative & Analytical: You're a rare blend of right-brain creativity and left-brain analytical chops.
You're as excited about building the brand as you are about digging into the data to drive strategy.
