/n We're seeking a CRM Campaign Manager who's passionate about driving order frequency & retention.
Supporting the CRM Manager, you'll be pivotal in planning, executing and measuring the success of personalised campaigns across Email, Push, IAM & SMS channels.
You will also play a key role in omnichannel trading initiatives such as new product launches!
/n This role will be working on a hybrid basis from either our support centre in Milton Keynes or Manchester circa once a week.
/n Your skills in time management, quality assurance, and informed decision making will ensure you produce initiatives with maximum sales & engagement opportunities.
/n Success in this role looks like: /n /n - Building upon solid CRM foundations (min 3 years CRM experience).
/n - Confidence translating business requirements, strategy & insights into feasible & impactful CRM deliverables, with clear correlation to metrics & KPIs.
/n - Effectively building omnichannel campaigns in-platform (Braze is desirable).
/n - Writing basic dynamic content logic & HTML.
/n - Supporting peers on Quality Assurance to a high standard.
/n - Collaborating with stakeholders from Brand, Creative, Trading, Data Analytics & Franchisee Relations effectively on cross-functional initiatives.
/n - Confidence using workflow/project management systems (Monday.com is desirable).
