3 Days A Week Part Time Receptionist

Elizabeth School of London Position: Salary: £12 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm(flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required)
Are you a friendly and organized individual with excellent communication skills?
Answer and direct phone calls, letters, and emails to the correct department or staff member.

Greet students and staff warmly and offer immediate assistance.
Maintain and organize the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
Handle administrative tasks including filing, mail delivery, and office supplies.
Set up meeting facilities and arrange for catering services.
Provide general support, answering questions about our programmes, services, and office hours.
Ability to handle student support and communicating efficiently Opportunity to grow and develop your skills.
