2D/ 3D Graphic Designer (Midweight - Senior) Working Conditions - Onsite / 5 days per week Salary: £45,000PA DOE My client is seeking a talented mid - senior 2D & 3D Graphic Designer to join their creative team who will be dedicated to bringing brand concepts to life through innovative design and high-quality visual assets.
This role will be split 70% 2D Graphic Design and 30% 3D Design.
The 3D element of this role will be focusing on developing CG Design - 3D visualisations and models for environment, hospitality, experiential, automotive livery, and activation design.
The 2D side of this role will be to work with the current design team, creating their core 2D graphic design for brand assets, large format graphics, event collateral, and pitch assets and mockups.
Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Asset Creation : Support broader creative initiatives by producing marketing assets for sponsorship activations, CRM campaigns, sales presentations, and digital content.
3D Visualisation & CGI : Transform 2D livery design concepts into immersive 3D visualisations, using CGI to produce photo-realistic renders, animations, and impactful visual assets.
Livery Design Support : Develop and refine templates for paint/vinyl UV mapping & unwrapping, coordinate virtual photoshoots, and create concepts that will be used across apparel, transport, hospitality areas, and more.
Video & Motion Graphics : Design animation assets for broadcast, social media, and video content.
Qualifications & Experience Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, ideally with a portfolio showcasing a range of 2D and 3D design projects.
Prior experience in sports design is desired.
Core Skills Graphic Design Software : Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.
Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro for video editing is a plus.
3D Modelling & Visualisation : Proficiency in solid and surface modelling, texturing, UV mapping, and 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3Ds Max, or Cinema 4D).
Communication & Collaboration : Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Time Management : self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Personal Attributes You must have the ability to remain calm under pressure, quickly problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and travel as required.
