Job Description2nd Line Support required.
My client are leading specialists within the industry offering a wide range of IT support, services and innovations to solve their clients needs.
Their core products & services place them within the top 5% of accredited Microsoft Business Partners globally.
They are now looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support technician to join their exciting, growing team based in Crawley, West Sussex.
The successful candidate must have a full UK driving license as they will be required to attend client visits occasionally.
If you come from a Microsoft focused background – that would be a great advantage.
Position Overview Proactively managing & resolving second line help desk callsOccasional travel to clients for on-site IT work and installations Handling documentationGeneral IT Support (hardware, software, servers, printers)Logging and resolving IT issues within the SLAWorking alongside the project engineers Installing printers / pc's / access points on site when required Position Requirements Full UK driving licenseExcellent communication skills1+ year in a 2nd line position Experience using Microsoft 265Experience in installations / servers & backupsKnowledge in Microsoft servers and AzureCertificates / knowledge in AZ104, AZ140, AZ500, AZ303, MD1 & MS100 is an absolute advantageWillingness to learn Position Remuneration Monday to Friday 8:30am – 17:30pm Option of overtime if wantedSalary £26,000 – £31,000 Dependant on experience20 days holiday + bank holidayPension Scheme (5% from the company)Company car for site-visits (if over the age of 22)Training provided & career progression
