The Role:
In this role, you'll be the go-to technician for managing and maintaining IT systems that power essential services. You'll handle everything from deploying software and resolving delivery issues to ensuring security compliance and minimizing service disruption. Working with cutting-edge tools like Microsoft SCCM, you'll troubleshoot problems, support users across multiple sites, and play a part in innovative projects that extend beyond the West Country.
Essential Requirements:
• Proven experience in desktop support, ideally within a Windows Active Directory environment
• Familiarity with software deployment tools like Microsoft SCCM
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
