Our client is a small UK based IT organisation who pride themselves on providing a professional IT Support Service across Sussex.They are now looking for an experienced 1st / 2nd line engineer to join their team based in Newhaven.Position Overview Resolving IT support issues with a pressurised environmentManaging work queues and prioritising IT support queriesEnsuring customers support issues are logged and recorded with sufficient detailTroubleshooting / network connectivity50% office based, 50% on-siteInstall, upgrade, support and troubleshoot IT HardwareWill need to be DBS checked Position Requirements Experience in an IT support roleMicrosoft 365, setting up users etc.Active DirectoryVoIP TechnologiesWordPress, HTLM and CSS is desirableGood network knowledge (setting up routers, wireless networks, DNS & DHCP)Knowledge of Office 365 & serversKnowledge of networking and virtualisationFull UK clean driving licenseExcellent customer service skills Position Remuneration Monday to Friday 9am – 17:00pmSalary £23,000 – £30,000 DOE25 days holiday including bank holiday (extra day off each year of service)Pension SchemeParking on siteCompany eventsPool car available for any tripsUdemy business account / upskill & courses regularly
