2nd Line Support / Desktop Support - Law Firm Guildford Keywords: 1st Line, 2nd Line, IT Support, Service Desk Analyst, IT Analyst, IT Technician, IT Engineer, Support Engineer Office 365, Windows, Azure, Intune, AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Legal, Solicitors, Law I'm working alongside a leading Law Firm, with offices across the country, looking to expand their IT team with a new 2nd Line Support Engineer.
The company is always expanding, after doubling their IT and Solution Delivery Team last year, they are in the process of doing the same this year It's a very exciting time to join.
With great opportunities for progression, their last Service Desk Analyst went onto working as part of their Cyber Security team.
There is also the chance to move up into the 3rd Line team, or even step into a management role.
Whatever it is, I'm sure they'll be happy to help you pursue your career goals We are looking for a personable individual with good stakeholder management skills, it would be great if you have experience in the Legal Sector but it's not essential.
You'll be stepping in to a 2nd Line role, with your HQ as Guildford with travel to Reading and sometimes London so it would be preferable if you have a driving license.
Some of the skills and experiences we're after are as follows: 1st/2ndLine Support Office 365 / Azure / Intune TCP/IP / DNS / DHCP / VPN Active Directory Legal Sector My client are big believers in promoting from within, and offer ongoing training and certifications as part of your career journey.

We are looking for a candidate who can commute to Guildford twice a week and then Reading or London once a week (which would be expensed).
