This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record.
If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e.
child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
The post holder would be working within a Multidisciplinary team.
The team members have a range of skills and areas of expertise.
We work in partnership with the patient, family and carers in treatment and recovery from moderate to severe substance use problems.
We have strong MDT working in place with Social Work and Peer roles being highly valued and integrated within the service.
We operate a key worker system to empower patients to participate in their ongoing treatment and care.
The post would be based in Midlothian.
