You'll be joining a multi-professional team committed to delivering high standards of care to people living with life limiting conditions.
You will need to demonstrate an understanding of palliative care and a desire to work in a caring environment, supported by previous relevant experience to enable you to provide evidence based, individualised specialist palliative nursing care to inpatients, whilst adhering to statutory regulations and Hospice policies.
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and forward thinking registered staff nurses - team players with well developed communication skills.
