You must be able to maintain a calm, controlled and positive attitude in a demanding work environment.The post involves speaking with patients in person or on the telephone to deal with their requests or queries in a helpful and efficient manner, as well as general office/administration tasks.
We require you to have excellent IT skills, to pay attention to detail, be pro-active, be able to follow procedures/protocols closely and be able to demonstrate understanding and compliance with confidentiality.Flexibility to work additional hours to cover leave/sickness would be an advantage.Job description and application form are available online at:
