We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team as an IT Support and Implementation Facilitator.
This front line, user facing position will be part of a team who deliver training and support to clinical staff across NHS Dumfries and Galloway.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a very busy and sometimes challenging environment.
Facing a variety of competing priorities you will have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
The ability to learn quickly new IT systems and new features on existing is just one of the challenges of this post.
Successful candidates will have an enthusiastic, proactive attitude and are able to demonstrate being comfortable supporting individuals or large groups.
General competency in the use of computers and similar technologies is essential but full training on all NHS IT systems will be given.
This post is fixed term for 23 months.
