1st Line Support Engineer – 3 Month Contract (Extension Available) – OUTSIDE IR35 – Onsite, Alcester, UK We're seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our client for an initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.
This role is vital for managing and resolving support tickets across Windows Server/Desktop environments, storage, networking, and virtualised systems.
As part of a small, dynamic team, you'll take on varied tasks, from routine scheduled reporting to diagnosing and resolving complex incidents.
The position is onsite 5 days a week in Alcester, UK.
1st Line Support IT Support Engineer Requirements: Proficiency in basic Helpdesk-level IT concepts.
Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server/Desktop.
Basic networking knowledge and experience.
Previous Helpdesk or IT Support experience.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and dependable personality.
Excellent telephone manner and customer-focused approach.
