Job Title : 1st Line Service Desk Engineer
Location : Leeds, UK (On site)
Salary : £23,000 - £27,000 DOE + benefits
Hours : Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, Covering 4 shift patterns 7am to 3.30pm, 8am to 4:30pm, 9:00am - 17:30pm and 9:30am to 6pm

1st Line Service Desk Engineer Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
Resolve 1st line technical issues with a focus on first-time resolution.
Accurately log and manage service desk tickets, escalating when necessary.
Build and configure IT hardware, including Windows laptops, Macs, and mobile devices.
Perform daily and weekly system checks to ensure operational efficiency.
Provide occasional on-site support to customers as required.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong communication throughout.
Develop and maintain documentation for procedures and processes.
1st Line Service Desk Engineer Requirements Technical Skills : Experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
Office 365 Administration (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange).
Basic knowledge of networking, backup technologies (e.g., Veeam), and RMM tools.
Active Directory Administration and Intune/MDM familiarity.
General hardware/software troubleshooting and printer support.
Personal Attributes : A passion for IT and delivering top-notch customer service.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong time management, flexibility, and a "can-do" attitude.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
