We are seeking a 1st Line Mortgage Executive to be the first point of contact for inbound mortgage enquiries.
This role is integral to ensuring high-quality service and compliance within the company.
Role Overview: As a 1st Line Mortgage Executive, you will manage initial customer interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
You will conduct a preliminary fact find and affordability assessment to determine the client's eligibility, ensuring that only suitable leads progress to the next stage.
If a client meets the criteria, you will arrange a call with a qualified Mortgage or Protection Adviser.
This role is a stepping stone for those aspiring to progress within regulated mortgage advice, offering full CeMAP training.
Requirements Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Handle initial welcome calls to introduce Hello Mortgage and explain its services.
Ensure customers receive all required documentation, including initial disclosure documents (IDD).
Conduct a preliminary fact find and affordability assessment to evaluate client eligibility.
If proceedable, explain the next steps and book appointments with Senior Mortgage Advisers.
Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to FCA regulatory requirements.
Record all interactions and ensure transparency in client communications.
Note: This role does not involve giving regulated advice and is not subject to SMCR.
Skills and Experience Required: Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory compliance, administration procedures, and sales processes.
Understanding of CRM systems and Hello Mortgage's products and services.
